Summer is MEANT for camping in Michigan and enjoying the amazingly diverse outdoor activities this state has to offer.  If you wish to kayak, canoe or tube, here's a great list of rivers and outfitters!

Coloma/St. Joseph KOA-269-849-3333.  For reservations call 800-562-5341.  3527 Coloma Rd, Benton Harbor, MI 49022

From I-94 use Exit 34, then 4 miles north on I-196.  Take exit 4.  Campground is 200 yards.

Covert/South Haven KOA-269-764-0818.  For reservations, call 800-562-9304.  39397 M-140, Covert, MI 49043

I-196, Exit 18.  Head south on Highway M-140 6.2 miles.  Then take I-94, Exit 41, North on Highway M-140 7.3 miles.  

Emmett KOA- 810-395-7042.  For reservations, call 888-562-5612. 3864 Breen Rd, Emmett, MI 48022

 I-69 Exit 180 (Riley Center Road), then north 1/4 mile to Burt Road.  West 1/4 mile to Breen Road, north 1.5 miles on the right.

Gaylord KOA-989-939-8723.  For reservations, call 800-562-4146. 5101 Campfires Pkwy, Gaylord, MI 49735

 I-75 Exit 279, south on Old 27, 2 mile to blinking light and then left 1 mile.

Muskegon KOA- 231-766-3900.  For reservations, call 800-562-3902.  3500 Strand Rd, Muskegon, MI 49445

Heading to Michigan Adventure?  This campground is a perfect spot! US 31 to Russell Road, exit north on Russell Rod.  500 feet to Bard Road, east 1/2 mile to Strand, south 500 feet.

1 mile south of Oscoda and 1.5 miles west of US-23.

 3 miles north of Petoskey on US-31.
