Motorsports in Michigan
Did you know all Motorsports can trace their roots to Michigan as we are the birthplace of the automotive industry?
Michigan is home to the big three automotive manufactures; General Motors, Fiat Chrysler Automobiles, and Ford Motor Company. Our state still produces and ships millions of vehicles every year from the state.
In Michigan, we have many different types of automotive adventures and vehicular competitions to keep you entertained during your travels. The key is to know when and what events are available during your timeframe.

When I'm not working my 8:00 a.m. to whatever time I get to go home job in aerospace, I enjoy a variety of motorsports including driving and racing. I like to get my speed rush any way I can!
Everybody is familiar with the whiny, "are we there yet?" question to our parents after hours of boring traveling. You know, the time before mobile phones and Facebook took over our lives. Even as an adult, I hate being bored while driving, so I make it fun!
The wife and I like to travel and she is my co-pilot both in life, on our drives, our drone flights and especially in our journeys. I enjoy the journey a little more since I get to drive and fly! We both enjoy the destinations but for me its as much about how we get there, I like my cars and I like them sporty! As you will probably notice I like Corvettes. My journey started a long time ago with Corvettes and if you ask anyone with one they will most likely have a similar story. When we meet make sure and ask me.
The seasons are never long enough in Michigan but we make the best of our adventures with our cars. We may do a road course or a long spirited drive through some of Michigan's great roads. We do several Road Tours every year. We would love it if you joined us.

Michigan is the best state for driving with thousands of miles of coast lines, back roads, lakes and rivers. We also have bridges, tree covered roads, twisty back roads, racetracks and things to do while you are traveling.
When we leave Michigan for work we spend a good amount of time finding things to do in those areas. We always miss something because we honestly came unprepared. If we would have known what was going on before we arrived we would have organized our trip better. This is why this site exists, to help you Travel Michigan like a pro!
For years we thought why doesn't someone just make a website for all the things to do in the state. While we did find some information we never felt like we could get into what was being offered.

Snowmobiling is an exhilarating and breathtaking experience that surprisingly is not as cold as you might think. Spending the early years of my life growing up in the UP (Upper Peninsula) most my speed fixes were both fostered, grown and honed on the trails of northern Michigan.
